I really didn't know what to expect and hadn't done much research and Sallie was able to help narrow down a neighborhood, find a price range I was comfortable with, & start the narrowing down process. There was never any pressure involved and I always felt like she was patient and truly trying to help me find a home I would be in love with. In the end, we found the perfect place.
